謝謝提供，我以下提供一些看法及改過的版本，只是分享看法，無批評之意

另，ROC中有China的字眼，所以外國人不容易搞清楚，
要讓外國人了解這複雜的歷史因素是很難的，所以直接用Taiwan
是比較務實的作法。我曾在多個不同場合，看到拿ROC護照的人辦理一些手續
因為被歸類為China而權利受損(也有得利的，例如美國Income Tax)，
必須和國外的bureaucracy爭論，只為了ROC中的C字。
以下是供一下我依deeplythink(*cite)的版本，再改過的版本如下，

Dear Editorial Staff,
I am writing to request the correction of the designation of
the name of my country. Your webpage, stating my
country as "Taiwan, a province of China" is INCORRECT.
Taiwan is a democratic country, holding its own
constitution, territory, government, and people.
The official name of my country is "Taiwan".
Taiwan is not a province of China. Certain specific facts that
distinguish Taiwan from China are listed as follows.
China is ruled by communist government at Beijing;
but Taiwan is a democratic country governed at capital city Taipei.
Taiwan has never been ruled by the Communist China.
The nation flag on the governmental offices of Taiwan
is entirely different from the red flag of Communist China.
My passport is issued by Taipei, Taiwan, not by Beijing, China.
The country field of my e-mail address is TW, not CN.
Even the telephone country code of Taiwan is 886, not 86.
Thereby, I respectfully request the correction of my
country name on the Webpage, as "Taiwan".
The correct usage of my country name as Taiwan signifies
the high standard of your journal and respect to people
in both countries, Taiwan and China.
Your assistance will be greatly appreciated.
