標題[問題] 傳奇斧 Reaper's Pursuit Shadow Axe

用關鍵字搜尋不到，所以上來發問了
(100-125)% Increased Physical Damage
+10 Life Gained when you kill an Enemy
(30-40)% Increased Rarity of Items Found
15% Increased Movement Speed when on Full Life
Culling Strike
想問的是這一條「Hits can't be Evaded」
意思是說我的攻擊都無法迴避？還是說我都無法迴避敵人的攻擊？
