標題[情報] 美版更新 - Fresh man & Old man

1. 新人爆肝賽 - 講重點，09/06~10/10 創帳號進行pangya的玩家只要在10/10前
升到Junion E就送羽毛桿，然後，等級最高的前三名名玩家有特殊的獎勵，4~1000名的玩
家也有安慰獎。(宅宅們，努力吧)

2. 只要在09/05前建立的帳號，只要登入就送一個SJS Package(內容物看網頁)
然後再玩一場遊戲(至少3洞以上)，根據帳號建立的時間會再送不同數量的SJS Package
