標題[問題] 美版 Scratch Card 的功用是?

今天開寶箱時候送了我一張 Scratch Card， (不知有沒有拼錯 @@")
初步看起來好像是用來換稀有服裝的(?)，
感覺很珍貴所以不敢亂用，
想請問版友，有沒有人已經使用過，可以幫忙解惑說明。
