標題[ACN] 請問助教有關於Poisson練習題

關於Poisson練習題第6題
題目說2-server system
第二句話: whenever a new customer arrives, any customer that is in the system
immediatelly departs
又說: new arrivals enters service first with server1 and then server2
可是不是每當一個新user到了
裡面的人就會離開
那這樣根本不會跑到server2去阿?
因為只要一有人來系統裡面的人就會馬上走掉
是我誤解題目意思嗎??
