標題[問題] immobilization 的 muscle atrophy是typeⅠ嗎

王顏和老師的講義寫說首先是typeⅠ萎縮
可是 以前的印象 加上 陸老師PNS講義是寫說typeⅡ
不知道有人可以解答嗎
網路上找到的
Immobilization will lead to (1) muscle atrophy with reduced fiber sizes
especially in type II fibers associated with decreased muscle strength
and power,
