標題[請益] XAMPP的MySQL無法執行phpMyAdmin無法登入

大家晚安:)我是PHP新手
在登入phpMyAdmin時遇到了一個問題，
不知道是否有人知道該如何解決呢?
詳細狀況如下：
1.事件背景：
昨天是第一次安裝XAMPP，並有成功執行MySQL
但是今天卻無法登入phpMyAdmin，執行MySQL
(備註：使用XAMPPhttp://ppt.cc/blvf)
2.在
http://localhost/phpmyadmin/index.php這個頁面時出現的狀況：
#2002 無法登入 MySQL 伺服器
與
使用設定檔案中定義的控制使用者連線失敗。
已經爬文，用過更改config.inc.php的方式
將$cfg['Servers'][$i]['host'] = 'localhost';
改為$cfg['Servers'][$i]['host'] = '127.0.0.1';
但是還是沒有辦法執行!!>"<
2.在localhost/xampp出現的狀況：
