標題[請益] 安裝xampp問題!!!!請幫忙一下~

各位好:
目前系統是win 2003+sp2,還有去微軟更新
並且安裝nod 32防毒軟體
在安裝完xampp 1.8(最新版本)
之後~一直無法啟用apache
怎麼會這樣呢??

不過在安裝MOODLE時，發生了
php_extension
intl
Intl extension is used to improve internationalization support,
such as locale aware sorting.
我把下列三個開啟(在PHP.INI中)，開啟之後一樣是上面的錯誤訊息!!
請各位在指教一下!!
extension=php_intl.dll
intl.default_locale = en_utf8
intl.error_level = E_WARNING
