標題[請益] 新增資料上傳伺服器後出錯

我用dw寫一個新增資料的網頁
php裡資料表都寫好~~
在本機看是ok的~~可是上傳到伺服器就沒法辦執行了
他會出現

不知道哪出錯了～～（泣）
