標題[問題] I can't type chinese on PCMAN

作業系統：XP
PCMAN 版本：07 combo
使用的輸入法：phonetic
問題描述：unable to input chinese fonts on PCMAN
i'm using an english version windows at school
everything I type turns into a question mark "?"
i can only insert chinese through copying&pasting the words already displayed
on the bbs
could it be the regional settings?
students are not granted with authorization to change certain settings nor to
install any software
is there a way i can possibly solve this problem?
or i feel like i'm a mute or something now
