標題[公告] PCMan's FTP Server 開放原始碼

PCMan's FTP Server 今天起終於開放原始碼，遵守 GPL
正式登上 Sourceforge.net
歡迎有興趣的人一起來改寫，共創一個相容中文檔名，最簡單易用的
FTP Server 架站軟體，歡迎加入此 Project
我已經製作繁體中文和英文版，裡面有附上英文 readme 說明
目前本軟體還有小問題，而且因為我技術的不足很多東西還只是在
堪用的狀態，希望藉由開放原始碼提升品質。
