標題[釋疑] 跟大家說明一下關於網址

之前的版本一直都沒有支援大寫的網址，其實是因為沒想到有人會用大寫
因為網址好好的本來就是小寫的，幹麻有人故意要打大寫? 所以沒去管大寫
事實上，依照原本的標準，網址應該要是小寫才對，所以本來也不該用大寫
但是查詢過標準文件之後發現，上面還是標明了，雖然網址是小寫，負責解讀網址
的程式要有點彈性，把大寫也當作小寫，也就是也要允許 HTTP 的使用，雖然
照本來的規定確實應該是小寫http才對，但是我剛剛又查了標準文件
其中有明文要求相關程式要把大寫當成小寫處理，所以下一版一定會支援大寫的 HTTP

2.1. The main parts of URLs
A full BNF description of the URL syntax is given in Section 5.
In general, URLs are written as follows:
<scheme>:<scheme-specific-part>
A URL contains the name of the scheme being used (<scheme>) followed
by a colon and then a string (the <scheme-specific-part>) whose
interpretation depends on the scheme.
Scheme names consist of a sequence of characters. The lower
case letters "a"--"z", digits, and the characters plus ("+"), period
("."), and hyphen ("-") are allowed. For resiliency, programs
interpreting URLs should treat upper case letters as equivalent to
lower case in scheme names (e.g., allow "HTTP" as well as "http").
