Pacers and Spurs reached agreement on a trade surrounding Doug McDermott's
departure.
Pacers get a future second-round pick, create a trade exception.
Spurs receiving McDermott, future second and option to pick swap a future
second.
Indiana will create a $7.4M trade exception in the sign-and-trade.
今天正式公布這筆簽約，最後用sign-and-trade的方式去馬刺，
雙方互送一張二輪籤然後溜馬再貼一個二輪互換權來創造一個7.4M的交易特例。
