The former Temple stand-out appeared in 41 games last season, making 15 starts. Allen’s play earned him a two-year contract this summer. He has since spent the summer working with a trainer in Boston as well as with one in Philadelphia. 當然，因為要談約，所以他簽約後在奧蘭多是有一些體重超標。不過跟 該死的美食家不一樣，他接下來聘請了訓練員，在波士頓持續了有系統 的個人訓練，而這個訓練在他回到費城後仍然持續中，因此我們不需要 擔心他在開季時的體態，想必他的大腦已經處理好了。 As Allen learned in his rookie season, his minutes may be sparing at times but it is essential to stay ready because injuries are a part of this game.
