標題[問題] uT誤刪下載清單 已經下載檔案不見？

一時手殘 刪除uTorrent 裡的已完成清單
數百G美劇頓時消失 但硬碟空間未變小
C:\Documents and Settings\...\Application Data\uTorrent種子都還在
要如何救援？
快1T！ 無法慢慢用recovey之類...
