標題[騾子] 請問PORT測試遇到的狀況

我在學校實驗室剛開始使用emule
在測試PORT的時候竟然出現這樣的訊息
TCP connection test failed because eMule rejected the connection.
It is possible that your IPFilter includes the IP of this server, making a
connectiontest impossible.
請問是因為我們學校檔掉P2P了嗎 謝謝
