大家好，幫我一個朋友宣傳工作，據我所知，這是一家大陸的startup，台灣老闆。 工作地點：有幾個可以選 Ex 灣區 San Diego,Boston 請詳細詢問 會幫忙辦身分，發股票，但這職位不是給new grad 想申請或有任何問題請發我email: [email protected] 工作職責： 1、高度理解公司整體發展戰略，全面負責技術方向研究和規劃，組織製定和實施重大技 術決策和方案； 2、 負責互聯網教育產品的策劃，優化與推動產品上線、迭代更新； 3、 領導並推動研發系統的組織建設、流程優化，建立起配置有效、均衡發展的研發組織 結構和產品開發流程； 4、 負責技術團隊建設及管理，監督指導技術研發工作，有計劃的擴充和培養一支高效的 技術研發團隊； 5、 協調與公司其他部門的工作，並對公司戰略提供有力支持。 任職條件： 1、 3年以上的技術總監以上職位，具備30人以上的大規模研發開發技術團隊管理經驗； 大學全日製本科及以上學歷，計算機相關專業； 2、有JAVA、PHP、PYTHON等主流編程語言基礎並具有一定的開發經歷，熟悉軟件架構、設 計模式、面向對象的設計方法； 3、對於主流數據庫和中間件如Oracle、MySQL、WebLogic、Tomcat等軟件的架構和使用具 有一定經驗； 4、熟悉Open stack、Docker、Kubernete等開源技術者優先，具備大並發，高可用系統架 構能力； 5、具有良好的溝通學習能力，對優化系統的運維流程具有強烈的興趣； 6、熟悉計算機及網絡相關專業知識；熟悉當前主流的開發技術，精通數據庫、前後端及 移動端開發管理經驗； 7、出色的領導力，能進行高效溝通協調、資源整合，快速推進方案落地； 8、具有開放的思維，關注領域內的技術發展現狀，及時更新，具備適應變化和快速決策 的能力。 Responsibilities: 1, utterly understand the company's strategy and products, be responsible for technical research and exploration, making decisions and leading programs. 2. design online education products, optimize and facilitate launches and iter ative updating of products. 3. build and lead a productive R&D team and optimize effective and efficient p rocedures. 4. lead and mentoring R&D team members, lead the team to success. 5. Familiar with Openstack, Docker, Kubernete and other open source technologi es is preferred, with large concurrency, high availability system architecture capabilities. 5.
