(請oversea job板主代po, thanks) Job Description: Job Duties Ensure operational losses are minimized Process and balance daily transactions, including but not limited to deposit, withdrawals, check cashing, and cashier's checks and received from various channels (ATM, bank by mail, night deposit, courier, etc.) Maintain balancing records and perform the daily cash drawer and ATM cash balancing Accept and process loan payments, federal tax deposits, and all deposits and payments presented by customers, via mail, night depository and courier services Accept and input stop payments Place holds on funds as required by bank's policies and procedures or as instructed by an officer Process wire transfers Process account maintenance as necessary for sales staff Perform daily branch cash recap, vault register recording, daily operational working supply verification, check registration log, and other operational procedures as required Maintain superior and courteous service to promote products and expand customer relationships Exceed customer expectations in terms of accuracy, efficiency, courtesy and professionalism Ensure branch or work area is maintained in accordance with Bank's standards Successfully complete all mandatory training assigned in a timely manner Refer customers to sales staff for cross-selling of bank products Actively participate in all bank’s sales campaigns and promotions and exceed targets set Qualification & Pre-requisites 2+ years of customer services experience in the branch banking industry or related environment. Knowledge of banking products and procedures including teller procedures and policies, audit procedures, and Bank’s laws and regulations. Detail oriented and previous cash handling experience is preferred. Strong communication and inter-personal skills. Basic PC skills and be familiar with branch banking related information technology. Fluent in English and Chinese (mandarin preferred) High School diploma or equivalent with anticipation of continuing education towards degree, combined with at least six months cash handling experience.
