The best candidates will have strong C/C++ programming skills, knowledge of intrusion/access control, networking and database concepts, with a solid foundation of embedded software with strong working knowledge on Linux OS. Candidate will drive forward development along with handling customer support issues. Skills: o Ability to multi-task and drive critical tasks to completion with minimal supervision o Ability to rapidly learn new technology and tools Qualifications: o Proficiency in C, C++ and experience in developing and debugging software in Linux environment o Must have background on Intrusion / Access Control or similar embedded application o Knowledge of at least one of the following API's a plus: DMP, HID VertX, Lenel, S2, Software House, RS2 or Brivo o MySQL Database o TCP/IP networking protocols o Solid understanding of HTML, XML/ XSD o Strong proven SW design and debugging skills o Experience with embedded RTOS a plus o Ability to multi-task and drive critical tasks to completion with minimal supervision o Ability to rapidly learn new technology and tools o Strong communication skills; ability to share information and communicate clearly with team members o Startup experience a plus o Minimum Bachelor degree in EE/CS/CE, 3+ years experience in position Travel: o Possible travel to vendors and customers as necessary Salary: o Commensurate with experience Good luck :) peace, Chester --
