標題[北美] 佛羅里達的合理薪資？

小妹目前拿到的offer薪資以48K為基準negotiable（大學教職）
本來想想這是自己的第一份正式的工作，應該不需要negotiate吧
但是最近又聽說，要考慮一下當地物價、生活費、稅收來決定
該爭取的就不要放棄。
（踮踮自己，比別的菜鳥稍好的條件大概是有兩個該領域的terminal degree..）
不知有沒有人對這個地區比較瞭解的？可以給我一些建議？
（那個城鎮位在邁阿密以北一小時左右，不算繁華大城但有機場...）
