Hello Everyone I am working for a medical device company in El Monte, CA Our department recently have an opening of document control specialist here is the job description ‧Maintain secured control of all paper documents within the quality system ‧Maintain secured control of all electronic documents within the quality system ‧Maintain the document control database ensuring proper revision levels are controlled ‧Maintain document control libraries/files throughout the facility ‧Release and distribute controlled copies of documents as needed ‧Perform drawing reviews on all revision level changes and initiate engineering changes notices ‧Assist with issuing quotes requests to suppliers and follow-up with proposal summaries ‧Complete updates to work instructions “travelers" as directed through Engineering and Quality ‧ Manages change requests ‧ Guides document owners in the process and provides training as needed of the document/change control system ‧Formats documents to conform with the standard template ‧Assigns version numbers ‧Reviews documents to ensure that all controlled documents are developed in compliance with the established change control procedure ‧Maintains the controlled document master list ‧Manages controlled copies (both hard copy and electronic) ‧Stores related records such as document change orders, approval signatures, and document training records ‧Posts documents to the intranet for electronic access and issue hardcopies where needed Requirement 1: Minimum 1 year working experience in document control area 2: Experience in medical device industry is plus 3: Familiar with ISO13485 or CE is plus 4: Fluent in English and Chinese 基本上這工作需要處理大量的電子文件跟生產文件 所以MS WORD跟EXCEL的需求量很大 來信請附上妳的身分情況(綠卡?
