Job Overview UMI is currently seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Accounting Specialist. This position’s primary responsibility is general accounting and bookkeeping responsibilities to maintain and record business transactions for UMI. This candidate must have good written and verbal communications skills. Responsibilities will include processing purchase orders, accounts receivable, accounts payable, generating monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports and sales reports for UMI. The Accounting Specialist will report to the Plano based CEO and work on special projects as needed. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in an accounting function and experience working with Peachtree accounting software. This is a full-time position with a competitive base salary plus a quarterly bonus plan.
