The Orioles will pay $94 million in rent over th at 99-year term. 這次金鶯也獲得球場周邊地區99年的開發權 然後這99年共計要再支付9400萬美金的租金(一年平均95萬鎂) The deal also transfers operations and maintenance responsibilities for the ball park from the Stadium Authority to the Orioles.
