The safety and well-being of all those in unrest are in our thoughts. 國際舉重總會（IWF）對烏克蘭局勢深感痛心，譴責俄羅斯入侵烏克蘭。所有處於動盪中的 人的安全和福祉都在我們心中。 As part of the Olympic family, we are united in the mission of the Olympic Movement to contribute to peace and unite the world in peaceful competition. IWF is striving to develop and promote weightlifting in the spirit of the Olympic Charter and is aligned with the Olympic values. Therefore, we strongly support the International Olympic Committee’s recommendations in response to the current crisis. 作為奧林匹克大家庭的一員，我們在奧林匹克運動的使命中團結一致，為和平做出貢獻， 在和平競爭中團結世界。國際舉重總會致力於本著奧林匹克憲章的精神發展和推廣舉重， 並與奧林匹克價值觀保持一致。因此，我們強烈支持國際奧委會針對當前危機提出的建議 。 As such, the IWF Executive Board met to discuss the evolving situation and has taken the decision to suspend the participation of all athletes, team officials and technical officials from Russia and Belarus from any international or continental weightlifting event until further notice. In addition, and also until further notice, no IWF sanctioned events will be organized in these countries. These exceptional measures were decided and issued in view of the extraordinary circumstances arising in Ukraine. They constitute preventive measures aiming at preserving the integrity of sport, the relationships between our members and between all the participants. They are also aimed at protecting the safety of all participants, including in particular the participants from the two above mentioned countries. 因此，國際舉重總會執行委員會開會討論不斷變化的局勢，並決定暫停所有來自俄羅斯和 白俄羅斯的運動員、團隊官員和技術官員參加任何國際或洲際舉重賽事，直至另行通知。 此外，在另行通知之前，這些國家將不會舉辦國際舉重總會批准的賽事。鑑於烏克蘭出現 的特殊情況，決定並發布了這些特殊措施。它們構成了旨在維護體育完整性、我們的會員 之間以及所有參與者之間的關係的預防措施。它們還旨在保護所有參與者的安全，尤其是 來自上述兩個國家的參與者。 The IWF Executive Board will continue to closely monitor the evolution of the situation. The above exceptional measures may be adapted, and hopefully eventually lifted, when and if the situation will so justify. 國際舉重總會執行委員會將繼續密切關注事態發展。上述特殊措施可能會被調整，並有望 最終取消，如果情況如此合理的話。 The IWF Executive Board has further approved funding to support Ukrainian athletes during this trying time. The IWF Secretary General Mr. Mohammed Jaloud is currently in contact with the Ukrainian Weightlifting Federation to ensure that financial and training support will be provided to athletes preparing for the Youth, Junior and World Championships. In addition, the IWF will work with the UWF to rebuild any facilities that may have been impacted. 國際舉重總會執行委員會進一步批准了在這段艱難時期支持烏克蘭運動員的資金。IWF秘書 長 Mohammed Jaloud 先生目前正在與烏克蘭舉重聯合會聯繫，以確保為準備青年、青年和 世界錦標賽的運動員提供財政和培訓支持。此外，IWF將與UWF合作重建任何可能受到影響 的設施。 The IWF stands with the International Olympic Committee, the Ukrainian Olympic community and the Ukrainian Weightlifting family and are committed to providing any additional humanitarian assistance necessary.
