The Oasis band member is set to wed long-time girlfriend Sara McDonald in his native city of Manchester, England, next year. The couple - whose romance was quoted as the grounds for Noel's divorce from first wife Meg Matthews in 2001 - will tie the knot at the city's Urbis museum and enjoy a wedding party at Manchester City's new football ground. Noel - who is a huge fan of his local team - is thrilled at the prospect of having his wedding bash held at the stadium. A source told Britain's Daily Star newspaper, "Noel is a mad Manchester City and and he likes to involve the club in all the big occasions of his life. He would've loved to have had his reception on the old ground, Maine Road, because he has great memories of playing live there - but the new stadium is impressive." Last week, Noel was honored at the Q Awards. He picked up the Classic Songwriter Award, while Oasis - fronted by his brother Liam - was named the Best Act In The World Today by readers of the respected music magazine.
