Kate Moss's pal Meg, 39, voluntarily entered the private Charter Nightingale Clinic in North London 10 days ago - leaving her and Noel's six-year-old daughter Anais in the care of his mum, Peggy. She was treated for depression at The Priory in 2000 following the break up of her threeyear marriage to Oasis star Noel. A close pal of the self-confessed party animal said Meg's fear of losing Anais drove her to seek help. Our source tells us: "She lives for her daughter and knew she had to get help. There was no other option but to go into rehab." Meg - who helped Kate recover after her stint in rehab to battle cocaine addiction last year - cut short a break in Ibiza to check in to the Nightingale. Her pal adds: "Meg reached rock bottom in Ibiza. After one heavy night out she knew she needed to get help. "Since she and Noel split she hasn't found lasting love. But she's taking control now and is determined to turn over a new leaf. "She has also seen Kate come through rehab, so she knows she can do it, too." At least Meg has more faith than her ex in the healing powers of private clinics. Noel, 39, who is now dating PR girl Sara McDonald, claims he got to know Meg "through drugs", adding: "I liked drugs. But I'd had panic attacks for about a year and I stopped because I wanted to. I was quite proud I didn't have to check into one of those dodgy clinics." Ouch! Last night, Meg's publicist, JJ Murray- Leach, said: "I can confirm Meg is receiving treatment at the Nightingale. She is suffering from depression and needed time out.
