因為英國那邊 SOTSOG 新一波的降價行動 使得這張專輯重回流行專輯榜第 72 名，獨立榜則升到第 16 名 另外關於新專輯發行的消息 各大 CD 網站和各國唱片公司的說法莫衷一是 UK CD-stores 英國的唱片行說是二月份就會發 Sony Music Sweden 瑞典的新力唱片說六月 Sony Music Norway 挪威的新力則說五月 Virgin Radio 維京電台宣稱是五月 Oasis 的經紀公司 Ignition 目前則不對此事做回應 確切的日期還是要等官方的宣佈 還有根據經紀公司的說法 暑假 Oasis 極有可能會在英國本土以及歐洲作巡迴 不過同樣的，還是要再等進一步的確認 Oasis re-entry UK album chart + more January 10 - posted by Oscar Oasis album Standing on the shoulder of giants have re-entered the UK album chart at number #72 this week due to a major price cut on the album nationwide. At some places you've been able to buy the album for only a few quids. Also in Europe the album has been on sale to extra good prices, for as low prices as ?.5 in Skandinavia. (also to be mentioned is that they are at number #16 in the indie album chart for the UK with Standing..) In Sweden and other skandinavian countries the album has been advertised on TV again due to this. In others we have received more information on the next album's release date. Unfortually they won't match, just like before. UK CD-stores are announcing a release in February, Sony Music Sweden says June, Sony Music Norway says May and Virgin Radio told us it's due to be released in May. Ignition won't comment, but let's not speculate any deeper into this, we'll just have to wait for a press release which we will see in next month according to official sources we've been in contact with. Oasis management will probably tell us more about the upcoming tour as well when we get the press release, at this point we just know the band are highly likly to play the UK and Europe this summer, and that's ALL we know for now so please don't email us asking if Oasis will come to your country/city (alot of people have done that) When we do find out it will be posted on here at once, so watch the news for updates :) Cheers.
