NEW FARM TEAM: The NBA is set to announce that the
Raptors,
New Jersey Nets
and
Denver Nuggets will share an affiliation with the
Colorado 14ers, an
expansion team that will play in the Development League out of Broomfield,
Colo., a small city between Denver and Boulder.
