More than capable Helguson will be an able deputy for Gudmundsson when the teams meet in Torshavn on 20 August, after a successful pre-season with his English club Watford FC. The 25-year-old, who has 23 caps, has not seen qualifying action since the 3-0 home victory against Lithuania last October, when he scored the first goal in Reykjavik.
