Real Zaragoza are facing a fight to keep hold of a number of their top stars, including Aimar, following their relegation from La Liga. Aimar has been linked with a move to England in the past and now Newcastle could be ready to lure him to St James' Park. The 28-year-old's agent Gustavo Mascardi claims he has been contacted by Newcastle regarding Aimar's availability. "Newcastle have asked about Aimar's situation - that is certain," Mascardi told The Sunday Sun.
