Here’s the story on West Ham’s web site - and the price is a nice $8.5M. Reo-Coker is moving and it could be if Scott moves he will become West Ham’s captain. No word from Big Sam on his view - but since he seems to be moving for at least two midfielders in Boateng and Barton - Sam will have to unload at least a couple of midfielders. We think those two will be Parker and Dyer. It’s a pity because Scott is an excellent player. Obviously he has a character issue - a big one - so we hope Sam knows what he’s doing. Manchester City want the fee paid up front in a single lump sum payment - so if we sell Parker to West Ham - that would be possible. Late news is that Aston Villa are also in for Barton - which is the piece we are linking to..
