標題[分享] 防護自己的方法-notes from earth angels

最近接觸的幾個個案很多都是敏感體質，比較容易被其他人的能量影響
今天剛好在看 Realms of the Earth Angels by Doreen Virtue
覺得書裡面提到的方法很簡單又可以保護自己，在這邊分享給大家
(我沒有學過翻譯所以如果卡卡的地方還請多多見諒)
Energy jacket- it's necessary to shield yourself before any helping/healing
session.
Method:
Just by holding the intention to shield yourself with a protective layer of
light and energy makes it happen.
Shielding means visualizing, feeling, and/or thinking of yourself surrounded
in a cocoon of light. This light is to essence of angels; and it's a
living,loving, intelligent entity that you've called to surround and protect
you.
能量外套-在提供任何形式的協助和療癒的服務開始前,幫自己建立一個防護罩是有必要
的。
方法:
在心中保持著用一層防護的光罩和能量保護自己的意圖。
在心中想像自己被一層光蛹感覺自己被這層光保護著，這個光的本質是天使；是被你召
喚來包圍著你、保護你的，活生生且充滿智慧的存在。
