◎餐廳廚師(有無執照皆可)
◎餐廳類型為以下其中之一：
湯水類：含粥類、麵線、羹湯類麵食館
飯食類：炒飯、便當店、自助餐
平價熱炒
滷味/麻辣燙
◎店內有三張以上的桌子
◎餐廳有使用味精
訪問費5000元(包含食材費用)
時間
需配合試用+店內訪問2小時
執行方式：
(1)使用試用品做2道菜，配合填寫問卷+拍照，並透過LINE回傳資料
(2)店內訪問2小時，配合錄音錄影並再做一次上述2道菜
10/13(四)~10/24(一) 平日
