標題請問有關Swithch 的一段英文解釋

A switch can start to transfer the frame
as soon as the destination MAC address is received.
MAC address 的接收 和 Switch 傳送的關係 是什麼呢?
This is called cut-through packet switching and
results in the lowest latency through the switch.
latency是潛伏的意思
可是這句還是不太懂
請幫幫我 解釋一下原理
