Brooklyn - The Brooklyn Nets entered the 2013-14 NBA season with high
expectations. After making a deal with Boston to acquire Paul Pierce and
Kevin Garnett, many basketball experts figured making the playoffs would be
easy and maybe a top four seed was in reach.
在2013-14球季開打前，籃網被寄予厚望。
因為他們從賽爾提克換來了 Paul Pierce & Kevin Garnett。
很多籃球專家推測籃網可以很輕鬆的進季後賽，甚至是排名東部前四。
Despite all the moves this franchise made, including hiring Jason Kidd as the
new head coach, this squad has struggled all year and have just a 9-16 record.
儘管引進了重量級球員，加上聘請 Jason Kidd 當主教練，
但球隊目前戰績只有9勝16敗。
The poor start has the fans and management unhappy and trade rumors have
begun on social media. The latest comes from Sports Nation and has the Nets
looking to acquire Memphis power forward Zach Randolph with Pierce headed to
the Grizzlies.
這糟糕的開局讓球迷跟管理層不太滿意，交易流言也隨著四起。

Paul Pierce <--> Zach Randolph
This trade proposal is intriguing as it has the Nets landing another proven
scorer, but also a player that hits the glass hard, something this team is
missing with the current roster. Randolph has playoffs experience and despite
being another player over the age of 30, his skill level is still high enough
to get this team back on track in the weak Eastern Conference and into
contention for a spot in the final eight.
這筆交易雖說耐人尋味，但對籃網來說是划算的。
球隊得到 Randolph 後，不僅得到一個穩定的分手，同時內線也具殺傷力，
籃網正缺少這樣的球員。
而且 Randolph 有豐富季後賽經驗，儘管已年過30，但仍然保持著高水平的技術層面。
可以幫助籃網在較弱的東區重回前八的位置。
Memphis has never been shy about making moves. Adding Pierce would only be a
one year tryout with the team looking to lose the salary to sign some younger
talent next summer, but the Grizzlies are also struggling and while this
trade might not help them this season, it could land them the star player
they need to become one of the top teams in the NBA in 2014-15.
灰熊做這交易也不吃虧，Pierce 的合約即將到期，
到時可清出空間簽下一些年輕有天賦的球員。
但灰熊本賽季同樣陷入困境，
他們或許更願意引進一位能讓他們在2014-15賽季成為頂級強隊的球星。
