The drawings were conducted live on NBA TV earlier today at the Essex House Hotel in New York by Stu Jackson, NBA Senior Vice President, Basketball Operations. The results of the random drawings: The Los Angeles Clippers (28-54) won a tie-breaker with Atlanta Toronto (33-49) won a tie-breaker with Philadelphia Golden State (37-45) won a tie-breaker with Seattle Milwaukee (41-41) won a tie-breaker with New Orleans (Note: Atlanta holds Milwaukee's pick) Attached is the order of selection for the first round of NBA Draft 2004, as well as the number of chances for teams in NBA Draft Lottery 2004, to be held May 26, at the NBA Entertainment studio in Secaucus, N.J. Teams entered in the NBA Draft Lottery, to be held on May 26, 2004, are set forth below. The first three picks will be determined by the Lottery.
