標題[問題] win10安全模式拷貝硬碟 如何取得權限

軟體出問題 當機黑畫面
需要回復設定值 在這之前我要先備份資料
安全模式下複製c槽到 外接硬碟時
他說要取得administer的權限
請問這樣要如何處理呢？
