標題[問題] 新電腦灌OS

家裡新買一台電腦 要灌OS
連藍色畫面都還沒進去
就跑出
File \sxp3\biosinfo.inf could not be loaded
The error code is 3072
Setup cannot continue. Press key to exit
試另外的光碟 則是停在verifing pool data 那邊就不會動了
各位大大幫幫忙 告訴我是怎麼了 該如何解決
