我倒覺得這份擔憂有點多餘，限制年輕投手投球局數一直有在做，
史寶哥花了15M，球團只會更小心。

General manager Jim Bowden said it was a tough decision to send Lannan down,
but the team wants to protect his arm. Lannan has pitched over 150 innings
while playing for Class A Potomac, Double-A Harrisburg, Columbus and the
Nationals.
投球局數限制如果能提早兩年實施，可能就不會損失掉一位王牌。
