Nadal: "I had fantastic moments I have 2 accept difficult ones.
I hate retirements. I hated last years retirement didnt want 2
repeat that'
Nadal: 'I hate retirements and I didn't want to repeat last
year. I felt great before the match. Everything was good.'
Rafa-"This is one of the negative moments, that's part of
the sport. I had accept fantastic moments, I had accept
difficult moments"
Rafa: 'Seems like I always have [physical] problems when I lose
and I don’t want to have that image. David played very high level"
Nadal refuses to talk about the injury -
'I don't know nothing, and out of respect for David I don't
talk about this. He played great match
Rafa- "I tried my best, It is obvious that I didn't feel at
my best. I had a problem in the beginning,
and after that it was almost over"
He said he was unlucky, got the virus and perhaps his body
became more vulnerable to other issues because of that problem.
Even after what must have been an excruciating press conference
for #Nadal, he looked the media in the eye and said:
'Thank you very much.'
