Females only One bed room available in a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment. Ideal location in the heart of the east village. August 1 move-in preferred with 1 year lease. The apartment is a second floor walk up with a common room that includes the kitchen. The bathroom is clean and has a tub. The bedrooms are on opposite ends of the apartment with the kitchen and bathroom in between. The available bedroom with two windows can come furnished or unfurnished. Currently there is a setup with a full size loft bed, desk, and bookshelf with a built in closet and overhead storage space. The only necessary piece of furniture to move in would be a full sized mattress. I would be looking for a female who is in college or working, non smoker, clean, and responsible. The last months rent would need to be paid up front in addition to a one month security deposit to secure the apartment (1200 x 2 =$2400) Payment for each subsequent month would be due on the first day of every month, and utilities such as electricity and gas and internet would be split evenly.
