A train express within one block away. #1 Train about an 8 min walk away. 20 min to 59th st columbus circle / 25 min to Times Square / 30 min to West Village 細節:Living room 21ft by 12ft ( Huge ) Bedroom 19 by 12ft ( double size bed ) Eat in kitchen with table ( space for 3 ) 3 closets foyer Bathroom with tub and shower ( nothing fancy here, just clean and functional ) Entertainment system TV, DVD, VHS, CD, Stereo Piano High speed DSL with wireless and/or ethernet AC window unit plus fan Courtyard building with locked exterior gate, as well as locked door for this line of apartments As well as the locked door of the apartment itself A little overdone in my opinion, but I feel more than safe. The apartment is quite far from the street itself. No street noise at all. The apartment is perfect for one person ( who needs privacy and quiet and who does not want to share a living space ) Or a couple ( share the bed ).
