(1) @Yankees: Prior to today’s game, the Yankees made the following roster
moves:
‧ Recalled LHP Brent Headrick (#47) from Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre.
‧ Placed OF Aaron Judge on the 10-day injured list (retroactive to 7/26) with
a right flexor strain.
‧ Added INF/OF Amed Rosario to the active roster.
(2) @Yankees: The New York Yankees today announced that they have acquired
infielder/outfielder Amed Rosario from the Washington Nationals in exchange for
right-handed pitcher Clayton Beeter and outfielder Browm Martínez.

(4) @Yankees: Following today’s game, the Yankees optioned RHP Allan Winans to
Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre.
(5) @JackCurryYES: Judge has a flexor strain. He will go on the IL. This is
actually very good news for the Yankees. UCL is intact.
(6) @BrendanKutyNJ: Boone said the Yankees expect 10 days to two weeks of
no-throw for Aaron Judge. Then the throwing program will start. Boone said
Judge might be able to start swinging within the next few days while on the IL.
(7) @MaxTGoodman: Aaron Boone has talked to Giancarlo Stanton about possibly
having him play in the outfield. That would help considering Aaron Judge will
need to ease back in at DH when he returns from the IL. It’s unclear how long
it’ll take for Judge to return to the outfield.
(8) @MaxTGoodman: The Yankees are now 14-23 since June 13.
Only the Nationals (11-24) have been worse in that span.
