On the pitching matchup post, you may have noticed at the time the Yankees
hadn’t announced a starter for Wednesday’s game. However, Joe Girardi told
the media that Ivan Nova will make his season debut on Wednesday against Cole
Hamels and the Philadelphia Phillies. Adam Warren will pitch on Thursday.
The Yankees added they’ll go with a six-man rotation at least once before
the Yankees are forced to make a decision on who they’ll take out of the
rotation.
Other Notes
— Diego Moreno and Nick Rumbelow were officially called up and are on the
roster for tonight’s game.
— Mark Teixeira is out of the lineup after suffering a stiff neck. He
underwent an MRI earlier today but no results as of yet.
— Joe Girardi confirmed Andrew Miller is almost ready to begin a throwing
program.
Girardi 說費城人系列賽第三場由 Ivan Nova 先發.
Adam Warren 往後延一場，目前暫時保持六人輪值，之後看狀況再決定.
另外 Andrew Miller 也快要開始練投了.
