Williams is ranked by MLB.com as the No. 2 prospect in the Yankees' system. According to a New York Daily News report, the outfielder blew below the legal limit of .08 in two breath tests, but did not pass a field sobriety test given when the 21-year-old displayed "clues of impairment." According to the report, Williams was pulled over at 2:45 a.m. ET after police noticed his 2012 Range Rover weaving while traveling more than 10 mph over the speed limit. A fourth-round selection in the 2010 First-Year Player Draft, Williams is batting .271 with a .400 on-base percentage in 18 games this season for Class A Tampa. In 182 career Minor League contests, the native of Winter Garden, Fla., has compiled a .313 batting average with 14 home runs. Zack Meisel is a reporter for MLB.com.
