I dont know which is true, but I dont think its right : to change prof for language reasons if that was the only reason. : However if the other case is true, then that is another story. : Although I feel bad for the prof, if changes can be done, maybe : the bad ones will watch out now. 剛看了一下90的版.... 覺得有點扯.... 老師竟然是在期中就被換掉.... 學校到底在想什麼.... 這樣會不會太不尊重老師了.... 其實老實說今天這樣我也滿同情那個老師的.... 一個老師要教的認真又要教的好真的不太容易.... 具備教學熱誠卻交的不好被換掉也是難免的.... 投手如果一直丟分也是會被教練換下來.... 只是我不太能認同學校在學期中途就撤換老師.... 教學意見表是學生對老師上反應的一種途徑.... 不過我想有時多多少少都會有一些學生個人較主觀的評判.... 我想學校在處理學生意見時.... 是不是應該試著瞭解一下實際情況.... 又我覺得教學意見的缺點是學生罵老師老師嗆學生.... 好一點的作法應該是理性的學生老師學校三方面溝通.... 另一點個人想法.... 我覺得好像很多人會因為老師的教學不好就否定了這個老師.... 而少了一些該有的尊重.... 或許有人覺得他交的那麼爛我幹嘛還要尊重他.... 我想我們對於老師的尊重是來自於老師抱著教導我們的態度為我們上課.... 而不是取決於他上課的方式好不好.... 以上純粹個人想法.... --
