Clairvoyance Capital Management - a dynamic research and back operation service provider to a growing international Investment Company is currently searching for a Back Office / Operations manager. * Back Office / Operations Manager In this position the candidate will be crucial in helping the Clairvoyance team to further establish and execute a state-of-the-art middle/back office for their growing research and operations services business. The candidate's tasks will include: - Enhance and streamline the middle/back office functionality to service Clairvoyance clients - Oversee and process daily work flow including trade allocation, trade confirmation, monitor trade settlement, position reconciliation, collateral management, exchange traded instrument and derivatives processing and settlement, and invoice payments - Oversee & perform accounting/cash reconciliation, F/X hedging transactions and Net Asset Value calculations. - Utilize a new portfolio management and front-to-back office system to process, reconcile and report investment portfolio performance and statistics to senior management and portfolio manager. - Work closely with the company's service providers and brokers regarding all middle/back office matters. - Monitor compliance and internal control procedures and maintain operations manual. - Provide operational support to research professionals and senior management in all respects of the business - Supervise back office and administrative staff; and liaison with company's vendors - Work on special projects as needed. The qualifications of the candidate should: - Be hands-on, detail-oriented and team-oriented - Knowledge of portfolio accounting in various financial instruments such as equities, swaps, currency forwards, futures, etc. - Possess good analytical and management skills as well as being organized. - Be a University degree graduate - Have experience in the middle/back office with a bank, broker, or financial services company (preferred). - Have knowledge of Linedata's Beauchamp Fund Manager and LongView System (preferred). - Have a profound understanding of Microsoft Office tools (such as Excel, Word, Outlook) - Be fluent in written and spoken English.
