Required Positions
(A) Central Management (SITE) *1 (Working Hours: Three half days a week, Duration: 12 months)
Department Overview
This department is responsible for overseeing all administrative functions and ensures administrative efficiency, proper procedure, implementation of policies and employee morale. More importantly, Central Management is also leading the strategic planning for business growth and direction.
Job Overview
The position is to provide administrative support for Central Management, support new product promotional activities and assist in daily operational activities.
Key accountabilities
1. Support any administration request for Central Management: management report preparation, meeting planning & coordination, expense claim form preparation, regulatory-required & marketing material filing.
2. Support new product promotional activities
3. Support event or project implementation
4. Assist daily operational activities as data collection, checking & reconciliation.
Your skills and experience
1. Communication skill/administrative experience

(B) Product & Investment Marketing *1 (Working Hours: At least 2 full days a week, Duration: 12 months)
Department Overview
FIL is a marketing lead organisation and the Taiwan business has a significant marketing team and marketing budget. Covering channel Marketing, Investment Marketing, Branding, PR & Corporate Communication.
Investment Marketing is responsible for development of the product proposition for Taiwan business and implementing education content as well as marketing materials. This department is also responsible for communication between local office, regional and Global Funds Network Investment Marketing.
Channel, PR & Corporate Communication department is responsible for:
Y" Development the marketing activity for sales channels, leading and working in close partnership with the sales organisation to developing and implementing key initiatives that include above and below the line marketing activities.
Y" leadership and delivery of the communications strategy and PR agenda for a both the external and internal customers,
Y" management of the brand and reputation of Fidelity Taiwan among all internal and external stakeholders, using traditional and innovative communication techniques
Job Overview
The position is responsible in administration and investment research support function for Product and Investment Marketing. This position will support fund related corporate actions, administrative reports production and investment marketing research support, etc. And to ensure that all the materials and info are delivered on time and to required standards.
Key accountabilities
1. Support any administration request for Product Development function: fund corporate actions and fund/share class filing – data compiling & report production
2. Support Investment Marketing Research function:
i. Fund Pitchbook data collection and translation
ii. Fund/Index Performance Ranking Update
iii. Monthly Fixed Income Report Update
3. Help ad-hoc marketing documentation, event and campaign request
Your skills and experience
1. Senior grade with financial major
2. PC proficient (MSOffice, especial in Excel and PowerPoint)
3. Above average ability to communicate effectively in English and Chinese (written and spoken)
4. Strong logical reasoning, well organized, efficient and reliable
5. Capable of managing multiple complicated tasks and responsibilities at the same time
6. Knowledge about mutual fund industry is a plus.

(C) Wholesales Department *1 (Working Hours: Three half days a week, Duration: 12 months)
Department Overview
The department is responsible for all the intermediary business under three main channels: Bank, Brokerage and Insurance.
Job Overview
The position includes external and internal tasks to achieve. Externally, assist WS to prepare fund related materials requested by distributors to provide services and to deepen relationship with distributors. Internally, in charge of inventory management, cross department coordination and sales related documentation
Key accountabilities
1. Handle routine requests from distributors.
2. Help sales team to administrate sales related documentation works.
3. Cross department coordination to facilitate business development.
4. Assist Sales event related processes.
5. Inventory management
6. Data collection & configuration
Your skills and experience
1. Senior grade with financial major
2. Above average ability to communicate effectively in English and Chinese (written and spoken)
