標題[比賽] 越界規則

昨天我對越界規則不太清楚導致判決有點模糊，
回家查了一下FIVB.2011-2012.VB.RulesOfTheGame.Eng.TextfileOnly.2.1.1
就是學長之前給的參考資料，本年度新制的規則
其中第11.4在講在網子附近的犯規行為：
11.4
PLAYER'S FAULTS AT THE NET
11.4.1
A player touches the ball or an opponent in the opponent's space before or
during the opponent’s attack hit.
11.4.2
A player interferes with the opponent's play while penetrating into the
opponent’s space under the net.
11.4.3
A player’s foot (feet) penetrates completely into the opponent's court.
所以越界的規則應該是：
如果沒有影響到對手，整隻腳過去才算
如果有影響到對手則只要有進入對手場，不論是空中或地上都算
這樣嗎？
