C and Club leaders, Spring Convention This is the first time I formally announce that I took the pleasure and honor to work with Dr. Jap as Spring Convention chairs. Spring Convention will be held on April 26th and 27th at 王朝大飯店 (原環亞). I expect the most participants this year due to a number of advantages: its downtown area, creatively designed programs, convenient satellite rooms right surround the mail hall on the same floor, the professional international speaker we invited this year etc. Registration will start soon within these days once we have the registration form ready and uploaded to District Website. It's the prime time for you to gather the name list now. Please announce it in club meetings, tell your T/Ms friends and register on club basis soon to enjoy special rate offered. Also remind them to visit District website from time to time for the updated news. Meanwhile, following is the rate of different packages for your ref.: 1. A Early Bird $2,390 2. B Full package 2,890 3. C Day 1 w/dinner 1,690 4. D Day 1 w/o dinner 790 5. E Day 2 890 6. F Dinner only 990 There will be no lunch box offered for the first day. The grand opening starts in the afternoon though there is a workshop in the morning as an incentive for early arrivals. Training Camp before and after Spring Con Another important thing is that apart from the Spring Convention, I'm also responsible for the other two Training programs given by our International Speaker Mr. Rory Vaden. Mr. Rory Vaden is a professional trainer. Except the speeches and training he is going to give in the convention, he wants to make the best use of his time here to hold two more Training Camps to help those who are particularly interested in pursuing professional expertise, i.e. open to public not limited to T/Ms. And of course whoever is interested in enhancing or honing their speaking skills is greatly welcome to the camp, too. The programs or topics of these two training camps are different from what he's going to give in Spring Convention for sure. The charge for the training camps is down to the minimum as a good gesture given by Mr. Rory, still he's going to donate half of the fund raised to District for the benefit of all T/Ms. Attached are the flyers with basic information for your ref. I kindly ask you for your favor in helping promote the program through the channels you have, or use the resources you can get. I understand it's not easy for T/Ms to consider charged workshops when free workshops are offered from time to time to T/Ms plus the fact they have Spring Convention to consider.
